PCG Chemical Absorbent Pack is made of high-permeability fabric filled with frictional-absorption nanopolymer resin. It is capable of rapidly absorbing organic liquid chemicals. Target contaminants can completely permeate the interior of the pack until saturation. The absorbent pack remains buoyant both before and after absorption, making it easy to deploy and retrieve. It can absorb nearly all types of organic liquid chemicals. Once absorption is complete, the contents remain securely enclosed without leakage due to immersion. The pack possesses sufficient structural strength to resist soaking and pulling forces.
Performance
It can absorb and solidify most organic hazardous liquids, including:
Alkanes (such as n-hexane, cyclohexane)
Unsaturated hydrocarbons (such as 1-hexene, 1-hexyne)
Aromatic hydrocarbons (such as benzene, toluene)
Ethers (such as diethyl ether)
Ketones (such as acetone, butanone)
Esters (such as undecanal)
Heterocyclic compounds (such as tetrahydrofuran, propylene oxide)
The absorbent pack exhibits excellent dynamic settling performance and maintains stable form integrity during use.
The saturation absorption time does not exceed 5 minutes.
It can absorb up to 10-20 times its own weight of organic liquid chemicals.
The outer packaging material is made of high-permeability fabric, enabling rapid infiltration of the target liquids into the interior. It delivers absorption rates and adaptability beyond those of most polymer absorbent packs currently available on the market.
